In addition to White Belt knowledge, it provides basic quality, diagnostic, graphics, statistics, and process tools. Requires basic command of spreadsheets (eg Microsoft Excel), command of computer equipment and operating systems (eg Macintosh, Windows) and basic arithmetic skills are essential (i.e. being able to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and work with fractions and decimals).
